ORDERING INFORMATION
No minimum quantity orders, all orders are accepted. Until credit is established, all orders are shipped on a pre-pay basis.
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Check and C.O.D. are also accepted.
PRICING
All prices are FOB our shipping point, Chicago, IL USA. Freight costs are added to the invoice. Current prices are confirmed at time of ordering.

THE PRIME-DENTŪ GUARANTEE
You must be totally satisfied with any product you purchase from Prime
Dental Manufacturing, Inc. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, contact us for a return merchandise authorization number and return shipping instructions. Full credit will be issued on returns within 30
days. A 15% restocking fee is charged on any goods returned after 30 days. Prime Dental Manufacturing only ships factory fresh materials, therefore products with less than half the remaining shelf life will not be accepted for full
credit.
